Responsibilities:Manages, directly or as part of a team, specific engineering projects and technical activities at the plant of allocation. This includes support for New Product Development (NPD) implementation, VAVE (Value Analysis / Value Engineering) initiatives, cost-saving projects, and other activities aimed at improving manufacturing processes.
Plan and execute continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing technologies and processes at the plant, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with company strategy.
Implement new technologies in line with FHCS sourcing/production strategies.
Own new equipment development at the site, from supplier scouting through to release to production.
Manage the digitalization of production processes, including digitalized production management systems.
Monitor energy and electricity consumption, as well as machine data monitoring.
Act as the interface between operators/maintenance staff and external technicians on machine-related matters, including coordination with external technicians for machine programming.
Support the introduction of new production lines, including process evaluation.
Contribute to flawless and efficient collaboration between Production, Manufacturing R&D, and other relevant functions on all engineering-related matters.
- Bachelor's degree (minimum) or Master's degree (preferred) in Engineering; a background in Electronic or Mechatronics Engineering is highly appreciated.
- 0–3 years of experience in engineering projects and technical activities.
- Fluent in Italian, with a good command of English.
- Basic experience in Project Management.
- Basic knowledge of Safety and Environmental practices.
