Job Description- Responsible for process development.
- Contact with suppliers for the acquisition of new equipment.
- Conduct capability studies for processes such as screwing, heat staking, riveting, press machines, milling, etc.
- Update and upgrade existing equipment.
- Perform data analysis and define actions to improve capacity, reduce downtime, and enhance equipment digitalization.
- Provide support to maintenance, quality, continuous improvement and other teams.
- Support all customer and system audits.
- Manage teams involved in DoE (Design of Experiments) and process digitalization projects.
- Support SFMS activities, mainly problem-solving, data analysis, and supplier interfacing.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical or Electronics Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of Excel and Power BI tools.
- Knowledge of Quality tools (A3, 8D, DoE, etc.) for problem-solving approaches.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Strong organizational and methodological skills.
