Energy Engineer
Location: Aprilia, Italy
Salary: €37,000 – €45,000 per annum
Siamo alla ricerca di un/una Energy Engineer da inserire all’interno della Direzione Ingegneria, a riporto dell’Engineering, Maintenance & Site Facilities Director.
La figura contribuirà alle attività di efficientamento energetico, miglioramento continuo e supporto tecnico ai processi di sito, collaborando in modo trasversale con le principali funzioni aziendali e con interlocutori esterni.
Principali responsabilità
Supportare la definizione e la gestione di progetti di efficientamento energetico, coordinandosi con le funzioni coinvolte
Analizzare la documentazione di progetto e contribuire all’allineamento delle offerte tecnico-economiche
Redigere documenti di Requisiti Utente e Specifiche Tecniche per richieste di offerta, nel rispetto delle normative vigenti e delle procedure aziendali
Supportare la comunicazione e la reportistica interna ed esterna relative ai progetti di miglioramento energetico
Collaborare con Operations, Procurement e Finance nell’individuazione di opportunità di risparmio legate alla gestione delle utilities
Preparare e seguire audit energetici condotti da enti esterni
Contribuire all’aggiornamento della documentazione tecnica di stabilimento, inclusa la gestione dei disegni CAD
Supportare la pianificazione di budget e forecast per i consumi di energia elettrica, gas e acqua
Gestire la documentazione relativa alla resilienza del sito con riferimento alla disponibilità delle utilities
Partecipare attivamente alle attività del team di Ingegneria e Manutenzione, inclusi monitoraggio KPI e tier meeting
Promuovere la cultura dell’efficienza energetica e del miglioramento continuo all’interno dell’organizzazione
Requisiti
Laurea in Ingegneria
Esperienza pregressa di 3–5 anni nel ruolo, preferibilmente in ambito chimico o farmaceutico
Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese
Buona padronanza dei principali strumenti informatici e sistemi operativi
Costituisce requisito preferenziale il possesso di certificazione PMO
Capacità di lavorare in contesti strutturati e interfunzionali, con attenzione a compliance, qualità e miglioramento continuo
