About the role
Be part of shaping the warehouse of the future in Tilburg, where innovation, automation, and continuous improvement come together in a fast‑growing logistics environment. You will work closely with the Engineering team, providing light to medium project management and CI support while contributing to the successful delivery of engineering and improvement initiatives. The role plays a key part in ensuring that project outputs meet both customer expectations and internal quality, safety, and performance requirements. Activities include supporting research, data collection, analysis, testing, and documentation to enable reliable, well‑designed engineering solutions within a fast‑paced logistics operation.
How you will contribute
- Deliver continuous improvement initiatives focused on logistics and warehouse processes
- Support Engineering and Project Management activities for small to medium‑sized improvement projects
- Conduct research, data collection, testing, and analysis to support engineering designs and initiatives
- Assist with the preparation of technical drawings, specifications, reports, and project documentation
What you will bring
- Understanding of process design, including method definition, capacity analysis, and implementation through concept sign‑off
- Knowledge of Lean principles and a proactive, continuous improvement mindset (experience with ISO 9001 change management is an advantage)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and support data‑driven decisions
- Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills in English, enabling strong stakeholder engagement
- Experience managing stakeholder and customer expectations in demanding operational environments
- Familiarity with engineering and process tools such as AutoCAD, Visio, and Microsoft Office
- A collaborative, structured approach to supporting engineering and automation projects in a dynamic setting
