About the work
As a Bid Engineer you are responsible for quoting and costing modules, machines, and complex lines that are part of heat treatment and aseptic packaging processes, primarily aimed at the processing and packaging of food products.
- You organize your job collaborating with Procurement, Supply, Technical department, Workshop and Commissioning Manager, to offer our customers the best commercial offer built on a relevant technical proposal. The goal is to win!
- You continually seek to improve our processes and learning, we need to learn from each others. Efficiency is the watchword!
- You are the link between New Sales and Operations to define the best possible options.. Team spirit defines you!
- You secure that we deliver our bids and support on time and with high quality. Satisfying our customers is your job!
Who are you
You are a proven Engineer able to establish efficient work processes and drive change.
Customer satisfaction is your driving force. In a constantly changing market, for demanding industries, you quickly know how to manage the changing needs of our customers.
Your ability to evolve in a matrix environment and to identify the right interlocutors allow you a speed of execution in order to achieve your objectives. Y
our listening skills, your analytical skills allied to your team spirit allow you to prioritize subjects and put our customers at the heart of the action.
What you know
Trained as a mechanical and / or thermal and /or Chemist Engineer, you have at least 5 years of experience, ideally in the Prepared food and beverages field. Knowledge of welding and manufacturing process, materials and ASME, PED, FDA type codes, etc. are much appreciated.
You already have proven experience in indirect and temporary management of internal and external collaborators.
Your driving qualities are recognized.
You have great interpersonal skills and speak fluent English to work in an international environment.
