ROLE OVERVIEW  

We are looking for a Process Engineer to support our Shared Services team at LifeStance Health. You will assist the Shared Services teams in the day-to-day operations and coordination of the teams’ activities. This role is critical to keep the team moving forward on a fast-paced schedule, managing the complex coordination across different streams.  

COMPENSATION: $85,000 - $100,000/annually

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Provide Value Stream Mapping across cross functional teams for companywide processes 

  • Design processes with a keen eye for efficiency, standardization, and identifying key enablers that need to precede new systems and tools implementation  

  • Evaluate current operational performance and provide strategic plan for improvements using available information including data, feedback, and other information 

  • Design and/or redesign end-to-end business processes 

  • Utilize modeling and simulation development knowledge to project impacts of upstream changes on business operations such as operational KPIs and Shared Services staffing needs 

  • Identify and evaluate key discussion items and enable executive decision making 

  • Shift between high level strategic intent and diving into the details as needed 

  • Build relationships and support communication with necessary internal and external stakeholders  

  • Monitor, control, and manage business operations to meet the team’s expectations and company goals 

  • Liaise between departments to ensure smooth operations delivery 

  • Coordinate and manage project tasks to ensure project delivery within allotted budget and timelines 

  • Create and maintain internal systems that allow the team to work and share knowledge efficiently 

  • Assist internal teams to achieve performance targets 

  • Identify problems in process and resolve them in a quick and timely manner 

  • Follow standard operating procedures for efficient business operations 

  • Maintain clear and accurate operations documents/procedures for reference purposes 

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE 

  • Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s preferred 

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Six Sigma certification required 

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in process engineering, project management, program management, VSM, Agile, Lean and Six Sigma 

  • Advanced experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc. Experience working with MS Project, SmartSheet, Monday.com, Jira or related project management tools 

  • Excellent presentations skills, particularly with executive level presentations 

  • Experience partnering with IT to enable new systems integrations 

  • Excellent proactive problem-solver who can leverage resources and execute tasks through completion 

  • Effective with project management, multi-tasking, understanding needs, and balancing priorities 

  • Excellent communicator with strong positive interpersonal, oral, and written communication. Great at building relationships with both internal and external teams 

  • Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States
