Build and expand referral relationships with physicians, hospital discharge planners, referral coordinators, and care organizations across metropolitan Dallas. The Clinician Liaison develops call plans, conducts frequent in-person territory visits, promotes LifeStance services, coordinates educational meetings, increases patient referrals, documents activity in Salesforce, and collaborates with clinical and operations teams. The role is field-based 70% of the time, with virtual work and some overnight travel.

Build and expand referral relationships with physicians, care coordinators, hospital discharge planners, and other healthcare partners. Drive patient referrals through field visits, call planning, progressive selling, educational meetings, and virtual outreach. Collaborate with clinical and operations teams, represent LifeStance services, attend local marketing opportunities, track activities in Salesforce, and manage referral performance across the assigned Southern California territory.

Provides frontline IT and clinical application support through phone, email, tickets, and screen sharing. Troubleshoots hardware, software, network, and configuration issues; documents requests; performs root cause analysis; prioritizes work against service desk KPIs; and identifies process improvements. The role requires customer-focused communication, EHR experience, collaboration with clinicians and management, and proficiency with Microsoft productivity and collaboration tools. Work may be remote, hybrid, or onsite.

The Director of Operations manages regional operations, oversees staff, ensures high-quality service, monitors KPIs, and drives process improvements in a healthcare setting.

Resolves patient, provider, vendor, and health plan inquiries involving eligibility, insurance benefits, billing, payments, collections, and account issues. Support product development to improve patient access, engagement, and outcomes. Translate clinical and business needs into requirements, maintain backlog, analyze EHR and operational data, define KPIs, support agile ceremonies, liaison with cross-functional teams, and produce documentation, release notes, and training materials.

Lead marketing analytics for patient acquisition, engagement, and retention. Build BI dashboards, run campaign and A/B test analysis, implement attribution and measurement frameworks, extract and transform data via SQL, and partner cross-functionally to drive data-informed marketing decisions.
