Job Description Summary:
A. JOB SUMMARY:
- The Process Engineer will coordinate and implement engineering projects, equipment installations & process improvement projects in the plant.
- Develop and implement improvement initiatives to drive efficiency and productivity for all manufacturing systems in the plant.
B. KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate and implement CAPEX investments, equipment installations & process improvement projects for CPS Japan Moriyama Plant. Scope includes hands-on site acceptance tests, commissioning, installation qualififcation, operational qualification and performance reviews.
Review and improve the manufacturing processes to ensure effective and efficient practices are executed. Recommend, innovate and implement revised methods and processes in the plant.
Trouble-shoot and resolve technical problems for all manufacturing work centers and plant facilities.
Provide Engineering support to all other functions in the plant.
