We’re seeking an experienced professional with a Quality Assurance background to join our team as a QA Analyst II. You’ll collaborate with our R&D teams, concentrate plants and commercialization teams to ensure that all formulas are optimized to add value to the overall supply chain from the early stages of product development through the life cycle of the product.
What You’ll Do for Us
- Ensure that Quality is built into the manufacturing and Shipping Process by providing direction and leadership on Validations of Equipment and Processes, Process Monitoring and Control, and Good Manufacturing Practices of the highest standard.
- Lead compliance to Internal and External Quality Systems (KORE and ISO) to ensure that all requirements of The Coca-Cola Company are met.
- Lead the implementation and execution of the Internal Audit program. Evaluate the resource requirements, organize training, and set direction for our Internal Auditor team.
- Lead and Coordinate Corporate audits, to ensure that all required information is available in an accurate timely manner leading to the best possible assessment.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant internal and external requirements on packaging and develop higher standards by working with other sites and supporting initiatives as part of the distributed work concept of CPS.
- Ensure that all Procedures, SWI, Forms, are available throughout the plant via the ETQ Document Management System.
- Lead and Develop Suitable Problem-Solving Tools to drive strong processes around Corrective and Preventive Actions. Provide Training and Expertise on same.
- Lead and Develop the Non-Conforming Material Program to ensure the correct disposition and Management of non-conforming materials either on site or because of Customer Complaints.
- Lead and Develop the Customer Complaints Review Process to enable the joint investigation, response and corrective action implementation for all Quality Customer Complaints.
Qualification & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Life/Health Science, Engineering, Chemistry, or related field is required, Master’s degree is preferred.
- Must possess the ability to apply technical knowledge and establish credibility with highly technical audiences with the ability to break down or modify complex technical information as needed to communicate it orally or in writing to non-technical company audiences.
- Minimum Experience: 5 years prior experience in a Quality Assurance or Production Environment. Supervisory/Management experience in a Food or Pharmaceutical Setting is required.
- Must possess the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and coordinate efforts around process improvement, as well as the ability to analyze business processes and develop systems-based solutions that will improve current state.
- Must possess the ability to communicate in the global network. Attend the global on-line network meeting and join on-site meetings held in other plants.
Preferred qualification
- Qualified candidates will ideally have knowledge with the following systems: SAP, PICASSO.
- Skill of Communication, Listening, Problem Solving, Technical Writing & Communications is preferred
- English skills equivalent to a score of 650 on the TOEIC is preferred.
