Job Description
- Detail understanding of development lifecycles – waterfall, iterative waterfall, agile (at least 1)
- Analytical approach to issue resolution and problem solving
- Knowledge about configuration management concepts and exposure to at least 1 tool (SVN, PVCS)
- Worked on process improvement or configuration management area
- Knowledge of metrics and risk management
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in ISO 9001:2015, 27001:2013 & 22301:2019 standards
Additional Information
- Knowledge of Project management tools, Root cause analysis techniques, DAR techniques, exposure to tools (defect management and project management)
