Designs, implements, and improves manufacturing processes for sheet metal fabrication and welding operations. Responsibilities include facility development, process proving, welding fixture validation, distortion control, coating-process support, jig and fixture design, engineering drawing and BOM interpretation, PFMEA, SOP implementation, Poka-yoke, Kaizen, engineering change management, and lean waste reduction. The role also supports laser-cutting and bending programming and uses SAP PP/MM, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.
