Job Description:
- Bridge person between Research & Development, Product and Production departments;
- Ensure the introduction of a new product/process in production and train the operators when a new product is launched into production;
- Updates and introduces in the ERP system data related to the production processes;
- Oversees continuous optimization/improvement of the assembly process (time, quality, costs);
- Provide guidance to production employees and show alternative methods of solving or preventing process or technical problems;
- Propose needed equipment for a new product or for the process improvement;
- Responsible with Cost of Production Calculation;
- Line balancing;
- Defines and realizes work instructions for the assembly process;
- Responsible for workplace ergonomics;
- New equipment validation;
- New process and product implementation and validation;
- Check if the equipment on the production line works according to specifications;
- In charge of quality issues.
Professional experience & skills desired to have:
- Minimum experience in Automation, Mechanical, Pneumatics;
- Lean experience;
- Conversational level for the English language, German is a plus;
- Excel knowledge;
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the same position;
- CAD knowledge is a plus;
- Open to learn new technologies;
- A good team player;
- Good communication and problem solving skills;
- Self-responsible, personal motivation, analytical;
- Continuous improvement thinking.
