Responsibilities:Recipe writing in Siemens Simatic Process Control Systems.
Work instructions for production to be changed/created as per requirement.
SOP for processes and machines to be written, discussed, agreed and trained.
Good relationship and understanding of the workers/ operators.
Support R&D for production process in new products and carry out pilot batches
Control of the production documents with regards to deviations and initiation of corrective and preventive measures.
Compliance with general manufacturing standard and related documents (MS, WI, …)
Identification of quality, order and cleanliness, health and safety measures, environmental protection
Analyse quality and other deviations and report appropriate. Implement corrective and preventive measures accordingly.
Participation in development of all production resources (man, machine, …)
The process engineer is liable to follow advice and take up additional (functional related / OpEx) projects from head of production.
Chemical Engineering Graduate with 3 to 4 years of experience in a Multinational MNC.
Should have Knowledge about production process in general
Experience in Siemens PCS 7 operations and troubleshooting
Should have good experience in chemistry of lubricants
Hands-on experience in SAP production module & Microsoft Office
Knowledge in recipe writing Siemens Simatic Process Control System.
