Process Engineer 

Nordson MEDICAL Israel is part of the global Nordson MEDICAL. The Israeli site manufactures, designs, and engineers complex medical devices. 

In this role, you will participate in new product and design change projects in R&D or customer-driven changes in production. In addition, you will be responsible for making changes and improvements to current processes to maintain the validation/verification status of processes and equipment.  

  • Lead efforts to analyze current project operations, make recommendations for improvement and coordinate the decision-making process. 

  • Maintain detailed documentation throughout all phases of the transition to commercial manufacture. 

  • Conducts risk analysis for products under development. 

  • Conduct feasibility studies of the design to determine its ability to function as intended. 

  • Manage resources of various departments to ensure that staff is appropriately set to meet program requirements. 

  • Provide Operations design and robust assembly process inputs to the Product Development team. 

  • Coordinates activities with outside suppliers and consultants as necessary  

  • Ongoing engineering support to production.  

Position Requirements  

  • Fluent in business English: reading, writing, and conversation – Must  
  • B.Sc. degree in Mechanical Engineering, Material Engineering, or another relevant degree - Must 

  • Some Experience in medical device quality, development, manufacturing, and/or project management Advantage. 

  • knowledge of Validation methodologies (IQ, OQ, PQ, TMV) - Advantage 

  • Knowledge of official investigation tools and methodology - Advantage 

  • Ability to work independently and flexibly, willingness to persevere and show resourcefulness, drive to succeed, and entrepreneurial spirit. Ability to flex and support other groups as the need arises in collaboration. 

  • Ability to travel abroad.
