TTCA Job Posting for Wet Clean Process Engineer I
PROCESS ENGINEER - GENERAL

Position Summary:
Working at the TEL Technology Center of America (TTCA), you will be responsible for wet clean process for advanced semiconductor devices. TTCA supports both internal and external development projects whereby personal interactions occur from within as well as with our customer base. Development projects are carried out in one of the most advanced semiconductor manufacturing facilities in the world. You will have access to leading edge semiconductor processing and metrology equipment. You will participate in ground breaking unit process and integrated process technology module research for sub-7nm gates, contacts, and interconnects.
Responsibilities:
- Design, execute, and analyze experiments to conduct research, development, and optimization of wet clean process for semiconductor technologies
- Characterize, compile, and analyze test data
- Develop novel wet clean processes and applications in the areas of logic, memory, and emerging technologies
- Provide support on new process development as well as improvements to existing products and processes.
- Identify potential intellectual property opportunities to maintain a strong patent portfolio
- Domestic and international travel, as necessary for internal and external meetings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Chemical, or Materials Engineering
- Prefer to have experience in materials characterization techniques such as SEM, XPS, AFM
- Able to work in teams as well as individually
- Ability and desire to work as a part of a multicultural team
- Ability to work daily in a cleanroom environment with hands-on processing for process development.
Physical Demands and Work Conditions
The physical demands described herein are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This job operates in an office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets. This is a largely sedentary role; however, some filing is required, which would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary. This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 35 pounds. This position also requires 4 to 6 hours per day at a computer screen/keyboard.
Salary Ranges
Individual pay is determined based on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, experience, skills, job-related knowledge, relevant education, certifications, and/or training. In addition to base salary, we offer (full time regular employees ) a comprehensive benefits package and for certain roles eligibility in our bonus plan and long-term incentives as applicable.
