What You Will Do:
As a Process Engineer, you will:
- Drive Production Excellence: Manage production processes, ensuring efficiency and quality standards are met.
- Lead Projects: Oversee project launches and implement new initiatives that have a meaningful impact on operations.
- Optimize & Automate: Implement and lead automation initiatives, focusing on optimizing processes to enhance productivity and reduce costs.

Job Qualifications
You are the ideal candidate if you can answer "YES" to the following questions:
- Are you a recent graduate or within two years of graduation from a Technical University in fields such as Mechanics, Mechatronics, Automation and Robotics, Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, Production Engineering, or related disciplines?
- Do you have experience in eliminating losses in production or other processes?
- Are you fluent in Polish and proficient in English?
- Do you possess strong leadership skills and excel in teamwork and analytical thinking?
- Are you open to learning, demonstrate initiative, and show flexibility in your work approach?
