Process Development Engineer

PRIMARY DUTIES:

• Develop and manage small to medium size projects and the reporting there of at the direction of the Department Supervisor.
• Prepare budgets and timelines and assemble meetings on projects assigned.
• Make recommendation on capital budget projects and research projects.
• Formulate corrective action reports base on testing and research, recommend design and / or process changes and implement design or process changes as approved.
• Research new processes, operations and manufacturing equipment at the direction of the department manager.
• Develop, set-up and test new equipment and processes as deemed appropriate.
• Use computer and necessary software to write reports.  Develop spreadsheet, chart table, graphs to support reports written.
• Maintain contact and working relations with outside suppliers on projects as assigned.
• Help train and instruct Associate Engineers, Manufacturing Specialists and Technicians as directed by the Department Supervisor.
• Perform any other duties related in nature which may be assigned.

EDUCATION AND ADDITIONAL ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor Degree in the applied technical area.
• Demonstrated Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite required. 
• Knowledge of AX operating system a plus.

***This is a salaried exempt, full on-site position located in Bradford, PA***
