Supports the strategy, acquisition, deployment, configuration, and ongoing management of digital platforms and vendor tools. Coordinates stakeholder requirements, documentation, compliance alignment, support tickets, testing, and platform changes across digital properties. Collaborates with Marketing, Legal, internal teams, and external vendors to improve processes and ensure tools meet business needs.

Develops and manages manufacturing projects, budgets, timelines, equipment, and processes. Conducts testing and research, prepares corrective action recommendations, implements approved design or process changes, creates technical reports and spreadsheets, coordinates with suppliers, and trains junior engineering and technical staff. The role is fully onsite and requires a bachelor’s degree in an applied technical field.

Prepare financial statements, reconciliations, audit schedules, standard costs, inventory valuations, production variance analyses, ABC/M profitability reports, banking activities, capital asset depreciation, and gainshare calculations. The role supports consolidated and subsidiary reporting while analyzing gross profit, inventory, bills of materials, routes, and costing data. A bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and proficiency with Microsoft Office are required; AX knowledge, an advanced accounting degree, and CPA or CMA credentials are preferred.

Manage credit and accounting operations teams, oversee credit approval, collections, chargebacks, reconciliations, CECL/bad-debt reserves, audits, 1099s, tax exemption records, customer vetting, and process improvements. Prepare department budget and coordinate collection/legal actions as needed.

Lead internal and external audit management, ensure GAAP and tax compliance, oversee investment accounting and financial reporting, drive process improvements, train staff, and coordinate global audit activities and documentation.

Creates and adapts digital artwork for Zippo and Case products, ensuring designs meet brand, licensor, production, and manufacturing standards. Develops original concepts using traditional design skills and AI tools, maintains prompt and template libraries, evaluates AI outputs, and improves creative workflows. Supports engraving customization, trains team members on emerging tools, analyzes creative performance metrics, presents strategies to stakeholders, manages multiple priorities, and delivers accurate production-ready files on schedule.

The Senior Manager of Digital and Performance Marketing will define and lead paid media and email marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. Responsibilities include managing a team, optimizing budgets, establishing KPIs, data analysis, and overseeing creative content development.
