This position is involved in medium to large process reviews, applying skills and expertise in business process redesign and assisting with the implementation of the proposed changes.
Responsibilities:
• Manage medium-to-large scale feasibility studies, impact analysis, and/or projects and implementation assignments that involve defining user requirements, streamlining or re-engineering workflows, evaluating existing processes, and researching and recommending new systems/workflow processes to optimize efficiencies
• Continuous improvement and customer centricity; identify areas of opportunity through analysis and develop recommendations for improvement
• Liaise with subject matter experts from various lines of business
• Assume the role of subject matter expert responsible for developing and guiding more junior team members. Team resource for question and answer support.
• Coordinate and facilitate post implementation project reviews as required
