Process Coordinator

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

Jotun Powder Coatings UAE LLC seeks a Process Coordinator who integrates business needs across all departments and provides training and support to shop floor users to enhance operational efficiency. This position will be based in Dubai and will be reporting to the Production Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and log materials in the system accurately with proper tracking, scanning and pallet identification
• Manage the shipment of completed products to the Warehouse
• Administer the return of boxes for reuse or reallocate its locations while assigning appropriate reason codes
• Finalize and close shop orders in the ERP system
• Collaborate with the Quality Control department to ensure product high quality compliance with standards
• Raise awareness and enforce safety and health protocols among production operators
• Identify and implement opportunities to optimize production processes for greater efficiency and productivity

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR AND WHAT WE OFFER

What We Look For

• Bachelor’s Degree holder
• 1-3 years of experience in the field of Manufacturing
• Manufacturing basic lean principle knowledge
• Experienced with the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system usage
