What will you be doing?

As a Process Control Specialist you will be responsible for ensuring the Process Control team delivers quality assured weekly and monthly databases and reports to strict deadlines. Data integrity is of paramount importance. This will also involve working with the team to identify, investigate and resolve data and quality issues. You will work as part of a wider team responsible for achieving individual and team targets and deadlines.


Job Responsibilities

  • Run various processes to collate and generate standardized and customized databases and reports.
  • Ensure validation of data quality in databases and custom deliverables for a specific industry spanning multiple countries.
  • Provisioning and maintaining client access to Circana’s report repository location (Client Centre)
  • Verify the effectiveness of data quality checks to safeguard the integrity of our data and successfully achieve all client deliverables.
  • Develop strong working relationships with international colleagues across multiple functions.
  • Test in-house applications post changes, e.g. in project environments, to ensure continuity of performance.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders by means of meetings, calls, WebExes or any other communication method required.
  • Recommend and implement changes that will either improve quality or decrease timing.
  • Strong focus on achieving set deliverables including, immediate incident reporting, and appropriate communication of data issues – seeing all issues to a successful conclusion.
  • On occasion this role may require you to work evenings and over the bank holidays to facilitate the smooth running of data processing. This is to ensure data is delivered and quality approved for our client servicing teams in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • A relevant third level qualification or sufficient relevant work experience which demonstrates knowledge level, team player skills and flexibility.
  • experience using a variety of data processing and analytic tools: Microsoft Excel, Azure, Tableau,
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
  • Naturally rigorous and organized, possess solid problem solving and decision-making skills.
  • Able to run numerous tasks concurrently and to deliver results within tight timelines.
  • Enthusiastic and open to learn technical processes.
  • Collaborative approach to working and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to locate and decipher appropriate and accurate information.
  • Self-directed; strong ability to work independently, to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Anticipate issues and takes appropriate action immediately. An analytical thinker who makes considered decisions and involves the right people.
  • Is process driven but looks to identify efficiencies and best practice approaches and shares ideas with colleagues.
  • Numeracy skills essential and language skills a distinct advantage.
