Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Process Associate to join our Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the analysis of the document and extraction of data from the document by providing technical support to both internal teams and end-users. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Capture and key data from tax and/or legal sites according to established forms policies and procedures or per customer needs

  • Use various interfaces, templates, programs, and tools to search, access, and enter database information

  • Design tax and/or legal forms that comply with specifications and established forms guidelines

  • Maintain and update contact list and form information in the database

  • Proofread and review forms for accuracy and adherence to established standards

  • Batch and follow up on late releases of forms

  • Analyze and assist in resolving routine problems

  • Act as primary contact for external stakeholders to resolve issues and clarify specifications

  • Create blank and variable data samples for submission

  • Submit and track form approval

  • Assist in maintaining the integrity and completeness of work product

  • Provide effective and timely escalation of quality issues

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, BSc IT, MSc IT, or related field

  • 0–2 years of work experience in a similar capacity

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent interpersonal skills to promote a positive work environment

  • Effective time management and ability to prioritize tasks

  • Good analytical and decision-making abilities

  • Quick learner with adaptability to new challenges

  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team

  • Willingness to work extended hours and on holidays, as required

  • Moderate proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)

  • Basic knowledge of JAVA/VB Scripts and SQL queries

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in tax software integration and application development

  • Familiarity with US tax laws and regulations

  • Experience with software testing and quality assurance processes

  • Familiarity with third-party applications

  • Experience or knowledge of decision tables
