Job Description
Main activities: Ensuring that audits are scheduled in accordance with the requirements of the protocols and/or clients | established deadlines. Monitoring compliance with the auditors' schedules. Programming and scheduling QIMA/WQS services, ensuring that the logistical process for those involved in providing the service is carried out.
•Ensure that audit scheduling adheres to protocols and established deadlines.
•Ensure efficient scheduling and delivery capacity planning.
•Provide excellent customer service to clients, staying informed about their businesses and addressing any issues.
•Meeting the deadlines set by the KPIs
•Ensure auditors’ schedule compliance as planned.
•Ensure that the documents pertaining to the scheduling process (e.g. application, quote, signed quote, SLA) comply with the requirements of the protocols and/or clients; and internal QIMA/WQS procedures.
•Contact the client to set the audit date;
•Manage audit deadlines in assigning the best qualified auditors based on competency requirements set by the Operations Technical Department and based on availability, location, and our company’s goals.
•Stay informed about clients and their businesses. Address their issues.
•Control the deadlines for sending the audit plan to the client;
•Mediate auditor needs
•Update the databases of the specific protocols with the information pertinent to the scheduling process, keeping them updated on a daily basis
•Participate in internal and external audit meetings and training sessions upon request.
•Propose process improvements.
•Organize and schedule audits for auditors in training;
•Ensure achieving the number of audits required for each auditor;
•Ensure schedule all the unannounced audits required by the schemes;
•Ensure proper use and completion of the systems.
•Attend meetings and training sessions as requested by your manager.
•Execute other related activities as needed or at the manager's discretion.
SALARY RANGE: $20-$26 an hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
Candidate can be locating anywhere in the U.S.
Qualifications
High School Diploma
At least 2 years of relevant experience (scheduling/logistics, people management; customer service)
At least 1 year of experience with certification processes.
