Meet with Operations or Construction Project Managers to gather data or feedback on their processes and pain points
Test and refine workflows directly with field and vendor team
Initial Focus and Key Deliverables (Post-Joining)
Procurement Analysis Example Project: Clean historical equipment cost data and build a dashboard for data visualization, enabling estimators to identify pricing trends, bulk-order thresholds, vendor reliability, and lead times.
Punch List Re-engineering Example Project: Shadow field teams to research current workflows, then design and pilot a mobile friendly, construction punch list process capturing photos, location, and assigned trades.
Defining Success: These are example projects, the actual projects will be determined when the internship starts. Wonder will provide a clear vision for success and welcome input from the candidate on project scope and success criteria.
