We are looking for a proactive and experienced Process Owner for ITIL processes to lead the design, performance and governance of our ITIL processes process and policy. You will play a key role in ensuring the processes (with focus on Configuration and Change Mgt) are standardized across ASML and performance is in line with set targets.
Role and responsibilities- Own and maintain the ITIL policy and processes, ensuring alignment with ITIL best practices and effective communication to stakeholders.
- Define and uphold global standards across processes, people, organization, information, and technology.
- Ensure compliance and relevance of policies and processes, embedding internal controls and driving automation where feasible.
- Monitor performance through KPIs and lead regular stakeholder reviews to ensure continuous alignment and improvement.
- Collaborate on “as-is” and “to-be” process design, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Own the business architecture—including taxonomy, logic, rules, and integrations—and work with IT architects to shape a future-ready IT landscape.
We are looking for someone with a strong knowledge of ITIL and Configuration Management, paired with a structured, analytical, and detail-oriented mindset. Skilled in stakeholder communication and experienced in automation, performance monitoring, and business architecture.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
- 5+ years in ITSM, with 2+ years in Configuration Management.
- ITIL v3/v4 Foundation (Intermediate/Expert preferred).
- Experience with CMDB tools (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Remedy).
- Proven track record in policy/process ownership and improvement in complex organizations.
