About your role
As our Privileged Access Management SME, you should have experience working with one or more PAM solutions such as CyberArk, Centrify, Delinea, OneIdentity etc, develop and implement a robust Privileged Access Management (PAM) architecture in line with the organisation’s needs, including policies, processes and tools to manage administrative access, lead the deployment and configuration of PAM solution ensuring they are appropriately integrated with existing IT infrastructure.
As our Privileged Access Management SME, you should be able to regularly review PAM policies ensuring they are aligned with industry best practices and regulatory standards, perform configuration review of existing systems to identify security issues, provide recommendation and escalate any potential high-risk scenario so that it can be accurately managed and provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

· Have a broad business skill set including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience
· Have experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for a range of audiences
· Have excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills in country’s official language(s) (C2 proficiency) and English (C2 proficiency), project-related mobility/willingness to travel
- Have more than 5 years of experience in enterprise-wide IAM/PAM projects, particularly in large organisations is essential
- Knowledge of PAM concepts such as RBAC, toxic combinations, access monitoring, principles of least privilege
- Conduct regular risk assessments related to privileged access, identify potential vulnerability, and address security gaps
- Lead and manage the PAM BAU operations ensuring SLA’s and KPI’s are met regularly, and deliverables meet the right standards
- Oversee vendors responsible for providing PAM tools and solutions, escalate during critical situation and drive closure to open issues
- Possess strong knowledge of Security Architecture, Design and Operations, LDAP, Active Directory, SAML, SSO, RBAC, OAUTH, OAuth 2.0, Web protocols XML, SOAP, JSON, REST
- Knowledge of PAM in DevOps environment, including API management platforms, containerization, and cloud platforms (Google/Azure/AWS)
- Be comfortable working in Unix and Windows environment
- Experience in technologies such as JAVA, C#, SQL, RDBMS, Linux
- Knowledge of scripting language like Powershell, Python
- Knowledge of industry standards and compliance frameworks such as SOX, ISAE 3402- SOC1/SOC2, ISO, NIST,HIPAA, PCI
- Good to have security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CCSP, Security +, SSCP, CEH
