Job Description

We’re searching for a leader to take our already established offensive security program to new heights. The offensive security team is composed of top experts in the field who fill an essential role in ensuring that our company and our products are as secure as we can make them. Are you someone who thinks like an entrepreneur - someone who sees opportunities, makes the most of resources, and fosters innovation to be successful? This opportunity isn't just about managing a team; it's about maintaining and enhancing a great program from top to bottom. You'll be responsible for creating the strategy, developing and retaining top talent, and communicating the value of offensive security to stakeholders. In this case, success includes not just a powerful and effective offensive security function, but integration with the broader security program. Basic Requirements

  • Proven experience leading cybersecurity teams, with a history of success.

  • Working knowledge of offensive security strategies and techniques.

  • Ability to create and implement a strategic vision that supports company goals.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

  • Strong ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.

  • A passion for innovation and a drive to challenge the status quo.

  • A commitment to integrity, responsibility, authenticity, and teamwork.
