What Quality Assurance contributes to Cardinal Health
Quality Assurance is responsible for developing and implementing a compliant and cost effective quality system that assures products and services are reliable, safe and effective.

Responsibilities
- The role manages Quality Assurance Agreements and a qualification process for all Private Label suppliers. Qualification combines regulatory intelligence, a comprehensive risk assessment process and internal or 3rd Party Audits to ensure compliance and continuity of supply from suppliers on the Approved Supplier List.
- Establishes and monitors overall supplier performance from a Quality perspective.
- Responsible for implementation of quality performance metrics for Supplier Management Program including monthly reporting to the management team. Role analyzes supplier issues, discrepancies and proposals impacting product availability to ensure appropriate solution and decision making is taken for compliance with cGMPs and other applicable regulatory requirements.

- Bachelors in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
- 8+ years experience in related field, preferred
