Key Responsibilities : 

• Coordinate client investment data handling with accurate and timely feedback

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across different geographies and time zones

• Perform regular data ingestion, transformation, and loading (ETL) tasks across defined pipelines.

• Write and maintain basic SQL queries and scripts for data extraction and reconciliation.

• Manage schedules and overall project status to ensure requirements and project components are understood and delivered according to service level agreements and best practices across cross-functional teams

• Responsible for timely delivery of the project components and ensuring requirements of the projects are met

• Work closely with customer success managers and the project manager to ensure ad-hoc and quarterly planned portfolio monitoring activities are delivered to the client as per the service level agreement

• Assist the project manager in management reporting

• Maintain the highest levels of client satisfaction amongst clients through professional and timely communications and actions

• Develop and produce presentations, descriptive documentations regarding the platform (written and digital) for internal and external clients

• Lead and manage process optimization projects along with business intelligence projects

• Adhering to best practices and workflows at both, the organization and project levels


Requirements

 • Master’s Degree preferred - Someone pursuing their Master's in (Finance, Economics, Accounting, Computer Science or related field working with big data)

• Interest in Corporate Finance, especially the Private Equity industry (Financial Statements, Private Market Transactions, etc.)

• Experience/knowledge in handling datasets and analytics workflows; working knowledge of SQL (querying, joins, aggregation, validation queries) and Power BI (data modeling concepts, measures/KPIs, data quality checks, reporting are highly appreciated).

• Strong data analysis skills to conduct scaled analysis (Advanced Excel - VBA Beneficial, Python)

• Ability to work with big data using various tools & applications

• Practical working experience using AI productivity tools (e.g., Gemini, Copilot, Claude) to improve workflow efficiency (automation, summarization, drafting, data/QA assistance) is highly appreciated.

•Ability to analyze financial data fast and efficiently, familiarity with high-level accounting topics (i.e. high-level data reconciliation)

• 3-4 years of experience in M&A, leverage finance transactions, or investment banking preferred

• Interest in building analysis frameworks, and standardization of analysis methodology and company-wide processes

• Excellent presentation skills

• Good English skills (written & communication) 

• Time Management skills to coordinate information from internal stakeholders efficiently and customers and finalize tasks & assigned projects.

• Intercultural competence required to adapt and excel within a truly diverse and international company

• Excellent teamwork skills

• Affinity to improve and optimize established workflows to enhance efficiency

• Ability to collect/research qualitative and quantitative data in multiple formats and from different sources

• Work primarily within US business hours, with flexibility to occasionally adjust your schedule to collaborate effectively with our Europe-based teams.

Skills Required
