JOB OVERVIEW:
The Private Client Account Manager is responsible for providing exceptional service to a group of Private Client customers by providing professional advice and demonstrating advocacy for the client at all times. The Private Client Account manager works independently and must be an excellent problem solver.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
A detailed list of job duties includes (but is not limited to):
- Critical Job Functions:
- Become a trusted advisor and provide exemplary service in all aspects to our Private Clients.
- Work as a team with other Private Client account managers, producers and department managers.
- Develop cooperative and professional relationships with our carriers.
- Manage all renewal activity from start to close.
- Deliver complete and accurate renewal reviews according to agency guidelines.
- Look for sales opportunities by account rounding and selling additional coverage.
- Assume ownership of customer concerns and feedback until completion.
- Remarket accounts according to agency guidelines or at the request of the producer or insured
- Take on additional responsibilities. Manage projects as directed by supervisors and managers.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

- Must be accurate, detailed and thorough.
- Accepts full ownership of issues and follows through to completion.
- Strong problem solving skills.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Articulate, strong oral communication skills.
Educational Requirement:
- College graduate or experience equivalent.
- Possession and maintenance or a broker’s P&C license in state hired.
Technology:
- Experienced uses of most critical industry software programs, Sagitta, Worksmart.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Work and Outlook
COMPENSATION:
Exempt: The base salary range for this position is $70 000– $85 000. This range represents the employer’s good faith estimate of the compensation for this role at the time of posting.
Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, training, certifications, education, internal equity, and market data. This role may also be eligible for bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.
