J.P. Morgan Private Client is more than a financial services provider, it is an advice-based relationship experience, bringing clients the breadth of J.P. Morgan Private Client is growing amid the launch of its new offering focusing on affluent families, individuals, and their businesses - and creating a continuum between Chase Private Client and J.P. Morgan Private Bank. As a member of this new team, you will participate in establishing a new business for J.P. Morgan Chase.
As a Sales Strategy Business Development lead for J.P. Morgan Private Client, you will identify and help execute client referral opportunities across the firm’s businesses, including Chase Retail Branches, Commercial Banking, and Private Banking. You will help shape the strategy for scaling Private Client across the enterprise and partner with stakeholders across the ecosystem to develop internal centers-of-influence (COI) partnerships, transition eligible clients onto the Private Client platform, and enable seamless cross–line of business reassignments. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assessing and sizing strategic growth opportunities
- Designing, launching, and measuring pilot referral campaigns
- Building and maintaining relationships with partners across lines of business
- Managing day-to-day execution to ensure efficient, compliant, and scalable outcomes
In this role you will collaborate with key stakeholders across the firm at all levels. Strong knowledge of business drivers, excellent communication and execution skills, and experience in financial services/banking and/or sales strategy/business development are essential. The ability to adapt and remain flexible in a constantly evolving business are key attributes for success. You must be detail-oriented and skilled at managing in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities and establish scalable processes with the firm’s different lines business for the referral of client opportunities to J.P. Morgan Private Client
- Manage partnerships across the firm’s lines of business to identify and operationalize referral opportunities in conjunction with Service and Product owners
- Work with appropriate partners to establish necessary controls, tracking and reporting of referrals to and from J.P. Morgan Private Client
- Oversee the protocols and execute transfers of clients across Lines of Business
