Some of the key responsibilities include:
Deliver the business promise and expectations of the customer
Provide express pickup service to all Priority Members, delivering outstanding customer service to members and seek ways in which to improve their experience (offer additional services & products)
Offer high standard of customer service to all other customers
Actively seek ways to provide exceptional service into the future
Ensure all loyalty / priority customers are served in an efficient and effective manner
To be considered, you should possess:
Previous experience in sales, customer service or retail
Car rental experience is highly desirable
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset
Confident using computer systems and technology
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Flexibility to work on a rotating shift roster - 7 day shift work including weekends and public holidays
Valid Australian driver's license with a clean driving record
Full working rights in Australia (current and ongoing)
A positive, proactive and team-oriented attitude!
