Print Operator
Salary: €20,000 per annum, plus company benefits

Contract: Part time, limited to three months with possibility of extension
Hours/shifts: 20 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 4 hour shifts per day between the hours of 08:00 - 00:00 with flexibility for holiday and sickness cover

Purpose of the role
The Office Services Operator is responsible for delivering a first-class experience to our clients within the office. The role-holder is responsible for the accurate completion of all tasks, delivered within the agreed service levels agreements. This is a hands-on role and supports the Team Leader and rest of the team in managing the workflow.
As an Office Services Operator you will work along one teammate performing mail services, reprographics, and general administrative duties. Fluency in English and German is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce high-quality documents according to client specifications using high-speed reprographic (digital print) and finishing equipment
- Monitor and replenish consumables for printers and calibrate machines as needed
- Report and escalate issues to the Team Leader following established procedures
- Scan hard copy mail/files into PDF format using high-speed scanners.
- Ensure timely and high-quality completion of work
- Fully understand workflow processes and procedures
- Support colleagues and work collaboratively to achieve the best results for clients
- Undertake additional duties as requested by management
- Take responsibility for meeting targets and maintaining attention to detail.
- Develop positive and professional relationships with customers
- Provide flexible and responsive service, exceeding customer expectations where possible
- Understand the customer’s business to ensure service delivery aligns with their objectives
- Advise on the best methods of production and cost-saving measures
- Ensure all deadlines are met and managed in accordance with client service level agreements (SLAs)
- Minimize wastage and highlight any issues affecting production quality to the Team Leader
- Maintain a clean and tidy reprographics area
- Use the Internet and email appropriately
- Escalate and manage IT issues as they occur
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Produktion hochwertiger Dokumente gemäß Kundenspezifikationen unter Verwendung von Hochgeschwindigkeits-Reprographie (Digitaldruck)- und Finishing-Geräten
- Überwachung und Auffüllung von Verbrauchsmaterialien für Drucker sowie Kalibrierung der Maschinen
- Meldung und Eskalation von Problemen gemäß den Verfahren an den Teamleiter
- Scannen von Papierdokumenten in PDF-Format mit Hochgeschwindigkeitsscannern
- Sicherstellung einer termingerechten und qualitativ hochwertigen Arbeitsausführung
- Volles Verständnis der Arbeitsabläufe und Verfahren
- Unterstützung von Kollegen und Teamarbeit zur Erzielung der besten Ergebnisse für unsere Kunden
Qualifications:
- Fluency in English and German is required
- Reprographics experience preferred but not essential
- Willingness to learn or previous experience in a customer-facing reprographics environment
- Competent with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) and Adobe Acrobat
- Excellent attention to detail
- Knowledge of routine maintenance and upkeep of equipment is preferable
- Client-focused approach to provide a high standard of service
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Excellent communication skills and confidence in dealing with clients at all levels
- Ability to make logical decisions, considering all relevant information and alternative solutions

Ihr Profil:
Erfahrung im Bereich Reprographie ist von Vorteil, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich
Bereitschaft zu lernen oder Erfahrung in einer kundenorientierten Reprographie-Umgebung
Kompetent im Umgang mit Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) und Adobe Acrobat
Hervorragende Detailgenauigkeit
Kenntnisse in der routinemäßigen Wartung und Pflege von Geräten sind von Vorteil
