Print & Mail Specialist
$16.24 minimum starting salary
Job Level: Individual Contributor
What You Will Be Doing:
Responsible for the accurate and timely printing, mail distribution and collection of policyholder correspondence including premium notification renewals, cancellations, declarations, product policy documents and other corporate documents. Monitor active print jobs and perform error checks for quality assurance. Verify completion of in-stream print, intelligent mail insertion, check matching and incoming / outgoing mail process reconciliation and verification.
What We're Looking For:
- Ability to comprehend and follow job instructions.
- Ability to think logically with superior reading and visual acuity.
- Strong skills in technology and software to effectively monitor and operate in-stream print and complex mail processing system.
- Must be able to navigate a computer, high speed printers, scanners, intelligent mail inserter, sorter and other in-stream print and mail processing equipment and software.
- Good interpersonal skills for interactions with co-workers and customers.
- Ability to accept supervision, follow instructions, and work in a harmonious manner with co-workers and supervisors.
- Ability to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without a reasonable accommodation

The Past to the Present
