What Does Success Look Like?
We are seeking a Product Design Manager with 3-5 years of experience in a fast-paced software environment. The ideal candidate will collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to create high-quality designs and prototypes, utilizing our design system and incorporating AI. You'll have the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams to bring our next-generation software to life. This role is perfect for someone eager to expand their skills while contributing to impactful work.
What You’ll Do

Create design explorations using our design system to develop intuitive, user-friendly interfaces.

Collaborate with designers and leadership to craft smooth, end-to-end user journeys.

Work closely with Product Managers and Engineers to understand requirements.

Participate in research activities, including user interviews and usability testing, to gather insights and improve designs.

Help maintain consistency across projects by using and contributing to the design system.
What Makes You Qualified

3-5 years of experience designing and shipping software products.

Familiarity with design systems and an understanding of user-centered design principles.

Experience leading design teams.

Passionate about crafting user journeys and solving user experience challenges.

Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Ability to quickly move from concept to high-fidelity designs and iterate based on feedback.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to express design ideas clearly to designers, developers, and stakeholders.

Empathy for users and a commitment to improving user experiences.

A portfolio that demonstrates experience in software design and UI patterns.

Compensation Range
$121,000 - $161,000 - $201,000
The base salary range for this role at minimum, midpoint and maximum is shown above. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired close to or at the maximum of the salary range. At Sprinklr, base pay depends on multiple individualized factors, including experience, qualifications, job-related knowledge and skills, and geographic location. Base pay also depends on the relative experience, knowledge, skills to our internal peers in the role. Base pay is only one part of our competitive Total Rewards package: the successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Sprinklr’s discretionary bonus plan, commission plan and/or equity plan, depending on role.
US-based Sprinklr employees are eligible for a highly competitive benefits package as well, which demonstrates our commitment to our employees’ health, well-being, and financial protection.
