Define and govern frontend architecture across enterprise web platforms. Establish architectural standards, design systems, and scalable UI engineering strategies.

1. Enterprise Frontend Architecture
Define frontend architecture standards across programs.
Architect scalable SPA and distributed UI systems.
Establish domain-driven UI structuring.
Design micro-frontend or federated architecture where applicable.
Lead framework and technology selection decisions.
2. Design System & Pattern Governance
Define reusable enterprise component platforms.
Institutionalize architectural patterns:
Layered UI architecture
Event-driven UI orchestration
State isolation strategies
Middleware patterns
Prevent architectural drift across teams.
3. Scalability & Advanced UI Systems
Architect frontend for:
High concurrency
Real-time streaming data
Complex workflows
Progressive and adaptive experiences
Establish performance budgets and monitoring standards.
4. Technical Leadership
Mentor senior engineers.
Drive modernization (legacy to modular architecture).
Influence frontend engineering hiring standards.
Align frontend architecture with backend domain models.
Technical Requirements
Must Have
10+ years frontend engineering experience.
Proven experience architecting enterprise-scale web systems.
Deep expertise in:
JavaScript & TypeScript
React / Angular / Vue ecosystems
Advanced frontend architectural patterns
Scalable state orchestration
Strong grounding in OOP and system design.
Good to Have
Exposure to CI/CD governance.
Backend architecture familiarity (Java, Python, Node.js).
Experience integrating AI/ML capabilities into UI workflows.
