Position Description:

Architects and implements front-end components using modern iOS frameworks. Partners with engineers to understand Application Programming Interface (API) architectures and integration approaches for Web3.0 solutions. Reviews Pull Requests (PRs) and provides technical feedback on frontend implementation to ensure design quality. Participates in technical sprints and hackathons to prototype innovative blockchain user experiences. Conducts comprehensive Web3.0 ecosystem research spanning technical architectures, market dynamics, and user behavior patterns. Evaluates emerging Web3.0 technologies and blockchain protocols for potential product integration.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Synthesizes findings into actionable recommendations for product architecture and feature prioritization.
  • Contributes technical insights to shape product strategy and go-to-market positioning in the cryptocurrency space.
  • Acts as a technical design liaison between design and engineering teams, facilitating implementation discussions.
  • Provides guidance on frontend architecture decisions that impact user experience.
  • Translates complex cryptocurrency and blockchain concepts into intuitive interfaces while maintaining technical feasibility.
  • Collaborates with Web development professionals (front-end or back-end developers), to complete the full scope of Web development projects.
  • Conducts user research to determine design requirements and analyze user feedback to improve design quality.
  • Performs visual design, storytelling, and brand identity to deliver cohesive, user-centric experiences aligned with business goals.
  • Mentors junior team members and provides technical guidance.
  • Performs independent and complex technical and functional analysis for multiple projects supporting several divisional initiatives.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree  in Computer Science, Engineering, Design and Technology, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a closely related field (or foreign education equivalent) and five (5) years of experience as a Principal User Experience Designer (or closely related occupation) designing fintech products for Business-to-Business (B2B) and Business-to-Consumer (B2C) markets in a financial services environment, using Axure Rapid Prototyping (RP), Figma, and Adobe Products (InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects).

Or, alternatively, Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Design and Technology, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a closely related field (or foreign education equivalent) and three (3) years of experience as a Principal User Experience Designer (or closely related occupation) designing fintech products for Business-to-Business (B2B) and Business-to-Consumer (B2C) markets in a financial services environment, using Axure Rapid Prototyping (RP), Figma, and Adobe Products (InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects).

Skills and Knowledge:

Candidate must also possess:

  • Demonstrated Expertise (“DE”) creating low and high prototypes to visualize complex workflows and interactions, using Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Indesign, and After Effects; and incorporating motion design to enhance user understanding and engagement and using insights from moderated and unmoderated user testing to iterate rapidly and validate design decisions.
  • DE conducting in-depth user research and market analysis (to identify user pain points, industry trends, and generate competitive insights) to shape product strategy and prioritize innovation across blockchain and Fintech initiatives, using Usertesting.com; and conducting market research and prototyping workflows to enhance discovery and design efficiency, using AI tools (n8n, Gemini Deep Research, and Claude).
  • DE building and maintaining scalable design systems to ensure consistency, accessibility, and efficiency across design and development teams, using Figma and Adobe Illustrator; and defining governance models and collaborating closely with engineers to evolve the system in response to product growth and technical needs.
  • DE designing intuitive and compliant Fintech products across traditional and emerging sectors (DeFi and digital assets), using Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Procreate, and After Effects; and collaborating closely with engineers, contributing to front-end development to ensure seamless implementation.

Salary:  $152,250.00 - $181,000.00/year.
