- Build trusted advisor relationships with executive stakeholders (Director, VP, C-level).
- Understand clients' business objectives, technology landscape, and transformation priorities.
- Lead and support consulting teams to successfully deliver complex, multi-workstream transformation programmes.
- Drive measurable business outcomes across cloud migrations, platform modernisation, and enterprise toolchain transformation.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction while identifying opportunities to expand long-term partnerships.
- Advise customers on improving software delivery through a strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Developer Experience (DevEx), Agile delivery, DevOps, and modern engineering practices.
- Guide clients through migration readiness assessments, architecture decisions, and cloud transition planning.
- Stay current with Atlassian innovations, cloud-native technologies, AI trends, and emerging software engineering practices.
- Translate complex technical topics into clear business recommendations for executive audiences.
- Promote practical AI adoption by understanding emerging AI capabilities, enterprise use cases, and their impact on software delivery and business transformation.
- Partner with Sales teams throughout the full sales lifecycle, from qualification and executive discovery to proposal, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Lead consultative discovery sessions to uncover business challenges and identify transformation opportunities.
- Develop compelling Statements of Work, business cases, and executive proposals focused on measurable business outcomes.
- Define and execute account growth strategies through upselling, cross-selling, and strategic account expansion.
- Apply structured qualification methodologies such as MEDDPICC to maximize win rates.
- Contribute commercial and technical expertise to solution scoping, pricing, and risk management.
- Design transformation roadmaps aligned with customer business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal practices including AI, Cloud, ITSM, Agile at Scale, and Developer Experience.
- Translate business and technical requirements into compelling value propositions.
- Develop reusable frameworks, methodologies, and accelerators that strengthen Valiantys' consulting offerings.
- Act as a mentor and sparring partner for consultants at all levels, contributing to knowledge growth, capability development, and team performance.
- Share market intelligence, client insights, and delivery learnings internally to enhance offering development and delivery practices.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement, professional rigour, and client-centricity across the UKI consulting team.
As a Principal Transformation Consultant, you will play a strategic role in developing key client relationships, delivering complex transformation programmes, and driving business growth.
You will partner with senior executives to define and execute transformation strategies, including cloud migrations, technology modernisation, and enterprise-wide digital initiatives.
This role combines strategic consulting, business development, and technology leadership. A significant part of your mission will be consultative selling, identifying business challenges, shaping compelling value propositions, and converting opportunities into successful engagements.
Leveraging your understanding of enterprise software delivery, the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and modern engineering practices, you will help customers accelerate their transformation while growing Valiantys' footprint within strategic accounts.

Do you have what it takes to be a Transformation Principle?
- 10+ years of experience in consulting, professional services, or enterprise transformation.
- Proven experience leading enterprise cloud migration or technology modernisation programmes.
- Proven experience in enterprise sales, consultative selling, and business development, with a demonstrated ability to identify opportunities, build business cases, and convert advisory engagements into revenue.
- Strong understanding of enterprise technology environments, including cloud platforms (Atlassian Cloud, AWS), DevOps toolchains, and ITSM/PPPM disciplines.
- Strong knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, CI/CD, Developer Experience, and modern software engineering practices.
- Awareness of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI, and AI-assisted software development, with the ability to discuss their business value and practical enterprise applications.
- Excellent executive stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Demonstrated success managing and growing strategic customer accounts.
- Outstanding communication, facilitation, presentation, and workshop leadership skills.
- A proactive, adaptable mindset with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
- You speak french and english fluenty
- Experience within the Atlassian ecosystem (Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management).
- MEDDPICC or equivalent sales qualification methodology.
- Agile at Scale experience (SAFe, LeSS, or similar frameworks).
- Experience with Managed Services or long-term customer success engagements.
- Relevant certifications (Atlassian, AWS, ITIL, SAFe, PMP, Cloud).
- Experience helping organizations define or adopt AI strategies based on measurable customer outcomes and business use cases. Location & Working Arrangements
This position is based in France.
We are open to remote working across France, with regular travel to customer sites and our Paris or Toulouse offices.
Occasional travel across the EMEA region may also be required.

- Experience with Agile at Scale frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, or bespoke)
- Exposure to managed services or Total Care-style ongoing client engagements
