Guide consultants, translate business needs into technical solutions, document requirements and roadmaps, and deploy Jira and Confluence environments across server, Data Center, and cloud platforms. Advise clients on implementation approaches while ensuring performance, feasibility, and alignment with business outcomes.

Lead complex, outcome-driven consulting engagements: run executive discovery, define outcome architecture and governance, frame current/future-state, shape operating models, coach consultants, raise methodology quality, and contribute to scoping, proposals, and reusable practice assets focused on Atlassian-based enterprise work management and PPM.
