WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT TO US
The Principal Testing Services Consultant at SimCorp, is a strategic leader in the delivery of high-quality testing services that ensure the reliability, performance, and scalability of SimCorp’s solutions. With typically 10+ years of experience in testing, quality assurance, or a related field, this role leads complex testing projects, provides expert guidance, and facilitates continuous improvements in testing methodologies. The Principal Consultant collaborates with stakeholders, mentors team members, and ensures alignment of testing services with organizational goals and client expectations
WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Lead the design, execution, and optimization of complex testing strategies to validate software functionality and performance
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define testing requirements and ensure alignment with business and project objectives
- Drive the adoption of automated testing frameworks and tools to enhance efficiency and scalability
- Mentor and guide junior consultants, enhancing skill development and promoting best practices in testing
- Monitor and analyze testing metrics to identify trends, optimize processes, and improve outcomes
- Provide technical expertise to identify and resolve complex issues identified during testing
- Develop and maintain comprehensive testing documentation, including test plans, scripts, and reports
- Engage with clients to provide strategic insights, address testing concerns, and ensure satisfaction with service outcomes

- Supporting the development and refinement of testing frameworks, standards, and methodologies to ensure consistency
- Managing escalations related to testing challenges and ensuring timely resolution for seamless project delivery
