We're Hiring: Principal Test Consultant (Tricentis & Performance)
We're looking for a Principal Test Consultant to take the lead in building and expanding our Tricentis testing capability, with a strong focus on performance testing. This role isn’t just about leading a team—it’s about shaping a growing practice, working hands-on when needed, and driving business impact.
Location: Remote (preferably Cape Town)
🔹 What we're looking for:
✅ Leadership Experience – Leading a performance testing team while also being hands-on when needed.
✅ Performance Testing Expertise – Strong experience with Tricentis NeoLoad or similar tools.
✅ Tricentis Expertise – Ideally certified in Tricentis Tosca or willing to get certified.
✅ Business & P&L Management – Experience running a business unit with P&L responsibility.
✅ Competency Growth – Ability to expand beyond performance testing into a broader Tricentis practice (e.g., SAP, Tosca, NeoLoad, and more).
✅ Consulting Experience – Comfortable advising and delivering solutions to clients.
✅ Global Reach – Working with both South African and international clients.
