We are seeking a person who is capable of being responsible for leading Agile Product Manager Engineering efforts, mentoring junior engineers, working extensively with Agile Development teams and Customer Stakeholders. The primary team is located in Tampa, Florida with distributed team members embedded directly with the customer.

The responsibilities of an TPM include:
- The Technical Project Manager serves as the team liaison to/from program management, engineering, logistics, mission assurance, and customers.
- Manage program-level scope, issues and risks, and quality management.
- Development and delivery of presentations to customers, management, and other program stakeholders.
- Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.
- Develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem-solving with program managers, line managers, and clients.
- Focal point in driving engineering process development, continuous improvement, and affordability initiatives related to their specific program.
- Frequent collaboration with internal company and external contacts for quality check inspections and create and maintain documentation. Represents organization on specific projects and tracking metrics. May make presentations to small groups.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s of Science degree with 5 years’ experience, or Master’s with 3 years’ experience supporting the Department of War.
- Experience working in Agile (SaFE) environments as a Product Owner of Product Manager.
- The candidate must have experience in leadership and project management.
- Experience leading the performance of tasks on schedule, at cost, and achieving all requirements as either project lead (technical or manager), integrated program team, or cost account manager.
- Strong communication (verbal and written) including presentation skills.
- US Citizenship is required with an active DoD Top Secret/SCI security clearance which was active in the last 24 months
- Must possess or acquire DoD 8570 Certification for IAT Level II or higher prior to within 3 months of start date.

- Experience with cost, schedule, project leadership, and/or process improvement
- Experience using Jira, Kanban
- The ideal candidate has strong knowledge in the Cyber/IT field and has a collaborative style, with a strong sense of urgency and desire to get things done, and flexibility to adapt in a fast-changing environment.
