As a Principal Technical Project/Program Manager within Enterprise Technology Infrastructure Platforms Services (Corp & Employee Experience division), you will support and manage Oracle Cloud HCM AI, Integration and Reporting projects for People Team Technology Delivery. In this role, you will drive delivery planning and execute critical initiatives across cross-functional engineering, product, People Team, and vendor teams. You will oversee end-to-end integration architecture impacts, manage program budgets and resource planning across onshore/offshore teams, and ensure seamless delivery of People Team ecosystems while leveraging enterprise-approved tools to streamline workflows and drive continuous improvement.
You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.
Primary Responsibilities:

• Support and manage Oracle Cloud HCM AI, Integration and Reporting projects for People Team Delivery, driving delivery plans and executing strategic initiatives
• Direct multi-team delivery across integration, reporting, and product management, collaborating cross-functionally across engineering, product, People Team, and vendors
• Define work strategies aligned with resources and desired business outcomes, overseeing end-to-end planning, execution, release management, and deployment coordination
• Oversee integration architecture impacts (APIs, batch, event-driven) and ensure alignment between system design and reporting outputs
• Manage program financials, tracking forecast vs. actuals for multi-million dollar program budgets and driving cost optimization decisions
• Lead resource planning across onshore and offshore technology delivery teams
• Maintain robust delivery governance frameworks, RAID logs, and risk mitigation strategies to prevent fragmented execution
• Partner with People Team and Tech leadership, communicating project status, risks, and trade-offs clearly at an executive level
• Use enterprise-approved AI tools to streamline workflows, automate tasks, and drive continuous improvement
• Evaluate emerging trends to inform solution design and strategic innovation

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in technology delivery
• 5+ years of experience leading medium-to-large technology programs or portfolios and managing associated project plans, risks, dependencies, and preparing associated presentations for meetings
• 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional delivery across engineering, product management, People Team, and vendor partners
• 3+ years of experience managing program budgets and resource planning across onshore/offshore delivery teams

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP or PgMP certification
• Agile certifications (e.g., SAFe, Scrum Master)
• Oracle Cloud HCM certification or experience with Product or OIC
• Experience with enterprise HR reporting platforms (e.g., Power BI, Domo)
• Proven solid track record of partner engagement and executive-level communication and presentation skills with HR and People Team leadership

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $112,700 - $193,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
