We're looking for an experienced Principal Technical Program Manager to join our Zscaler Reliability and Infrastructure Services team. Reporting to the Senior Director Technical Program Management, you will be responsible for:
- Analyze content and reputation ecosystems.
- Build key technical and commercial partnerships for case resolution.
- Handle customer escalations to ensure timely closure.
- Develop training materials and playbooks.
- Partner with technical teams to enhance observability and automate processes.
- 8–10 years in technical program management, with expertise in complex cloud/SaaS projects.
- Deep technical knowledge of applications, reputation, and content ecosystems; skilled at aligning technical challenges with business goals.
- Experienced in high-stakes customer interactions, demonstrating executive-level presence.
- Strong collaborator with proven success in building technical and commercial relationships across teams.
- Skilled in cross-functional collaboration, leadership, and building strong, impactful relationships.

Zscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.
