We specialize in Artificial Intelligence, Data and Cloud, Intelligent Automation, and Digital Products, combining deep technical expertise with a strong focus on engineering excellence and a people-first culture.

In the CEE region, we’re a team of nearly 1,000 experts delivering modern applications, data platforms, and AI solutions for clients such as McLaren, Aviva, Deloitte, Spotify, Disney, ING, UPS, Tesco, Truecaller, AllSaints, Volotea, Schmitz Cargobull, Allegro, InPost, and many, many more. We work with leading technologies including AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks, and Snowflake, and combine strong engineering culture with a consulting mindset and a continuous focus on growth and knowledge sharing.

You will be:
  • defining and owning the platform vision, strategy, and long-term product roadmap,
  • translating developer needs and business objectives into platform capabilities and product initiatives,
  • prioritising the product backlog and driving roadmap execution based on business value and technical impact,
  • leading product discovery, defining MVPs, and validating new platform capabilities,
  • collaborating closely with engineering teams and architects on platform evolution and technical direction,
  • participating in architectural discussions and helping shape decisions around scalability, resilience, security, observability, and multi-tenancy,
  • designing intuitive developer experiences and simplifying deployment and operational workflows.
  • gathering feedback from platform users and engineering teams to continuously improve the platform.
  • aligning technical and business stakeholders around product strategy and delivery outcomes.
  • driving platform standards, challenging technical assumptions, and contributing to solution design discussions.

We are seeking a highly technical Product Owner to lead the evolution of a developer platform focused on simplifying application deployment and operations. The platform is similar in spirit to Railway, Vercel, and Netlify, providing developers with intuitive deployment, infrastructure, observability, and workflow capabilities while abstracting away underlying cloud complexity. This role requires strong product ownership skills combined with deep hands-on technical expertise in cloud-native platforms, Kubernetes, developer tooling, and platform architecture. The successful candidate will work closely with engineering teams to define product direction, drive platform evolution, and ensure technical decisions align with both developer experience and business goals.

Your profile:

  • extensive experience as a Technical Product Owner, Tech Lead, Staff Engineer, Principal Engineer, Solutions Architect, Founding Engineer, or in a similar engineering leadership role.
  • proven experience owning developer-focused platform products or Internal Developer Platforms (IDPs),
  • strong understanding of cloud-native architectures and modern platform engineering principles,
  • hands-on knowledge of AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, containers, cloud networking, and infrastructure automation,
  • solid understanding of platform architecture, including multi-tenancy, Control Plane vs Data Plane, deployment workflows, service orchestration, and platform scalability,
  • experience defining product strategy, owning roadmaps, prioritising initiatives, and leading product discovery,
  • strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to bridge engineering and business perspectives,
  • experience making product decisions based on metrics and measurable outcomes,
  • comfortable working closely with engineers, challenging technical decisions, and driving engineering best practices,
  • practical experience using AI-powered assistants (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot Chat, or similar) to improve productivity, quality, or decision-making in analysis and software delivery.

Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required.

Nice to have:

  • experience with Terraform, Helm, ArgoCD, GitHub Actions, or GitOps practices,
  • knowledge of observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or OpenTelemetry,
  • development experience with TypeScript, Node.js, or NestJS,
  • experience with usage-based pricing, metering, or billing systems,
  • familiarity with Edge Computing, CDN platforms, or high-performance networking solutions,
  • experience applying GenAI in a more structured way within the SDLC, including defined workflows, prompt patterns, or tool integrations embedded into daily analytical and documentation work,
  • interest in and familiarity with emerging AI-driven practices (e.g. automation of analysis tasks, AI-supported documentation, or workflow optimization), with a willingness to explore and experiment beyond standard approaches.
