A Day in the LifeAre you passionate about blending technical expertise with customer engagement?If so, we’re looking for a Principal Technical Consultant to partner closely with sales teams and customers, delivering impactful solutions and building strong relationships across the healthcare landscape! As a trusted advisor, you’ll drive product adoption, educate stakeholders, and lead complex projects from concept to implementation. You’ll join an experienced, dynamic team where your expertise truly makes a difference, working on meaningful initiatives, collaborating with a wide network of professionals, and helping improve outcomes through innovation and teamwork.
This role covers all Poland and involves a high level of travel (around 80%), offering the chance to stay close to customers, build strong relationships, and make a real impact across the territory.

In this position you will operate with a high degree of autonomy, managing projects and contributing to strategic initiatives that impact business outcomes. You will play a key role in shaping processes, supporting product adoption, and influencing decision-making across multiple stakeholders.
Additionally you will:
- Provide expert technical support to sales teams, customers, and internal stakeholders
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations, presentations, and on-site training sessions
- Support product installations, maintenance, and post-sales technical follow-up
- Act as a liaison between sales and technical teams to ensure seamless collaboration
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and organizations
Required Knowledge and Experience:
