Acting as a vital strategic partner between Technical Product Owners, Finance, and Executive Leadership, this individual will drive application rationalization, mitigate compliance risk, and lead rigorous procurement governance. The position manages critical visualization assets inside our Looker dashboards, maintains the Jira Assets Database, and guides continuous organizational tracking during complex corporate transitions, structural adjustments, and M&A integrations.
Job Description/Responsibilities:
- Portfolio Governance & System Lifecycles: Spearhead structured, ongoing business systems reviews every six weeks with internal Technical Owners to actively evaluate software renewals, system terminations, and corporate infrastructure rationalization efforts.
● Asset Database Management: Maintain and continuously update the Key Systems List dashboard in Looker utilizing underlying architecture in the Jira Assets Database. Ensure ironclad data integrity across all corporate tools, application inventories, and active subscriptions.
● Restructuring & Transition Management: Manage legal and operational
documentation, letters of intent, and verification trails regarding software non-renewals, subscription terminations, and corporate restructuring timelines (including sensitive M&A integrations like the Arctera Non-TSA transitions).
● Vendor & Financial Compliance: Partner closely with corporate finance teams to coordinate and drive BTL (Business Transformation Lifecycle) systems approvals. Maintain multi-year, auditable records of all systems and software submitted for financial sanction.
● Outsourcing Program Operations: Administer quarterly process-mapping and verification frameworks to evaluate employment data and ensure bonus eligibility alignment for global outsourced vendors. Securely handle highly sensitive, confidential compensation/retention matrices for global contractor workforces.

- Core Operational Competencies: Proven experience navigating enterprise corporate procurement lifecycles, application rationalization strategies, or Transitional Service Agreements (TSAs).
- Stakeholder Communication: Exceptional communication skills—comfortable both auditing highly technical owners every 6 weeks and distilling macro budget/compliance risks into brief summaries for executive leadership review.
- Data Discretion & Security: Demonstrated professional maturity and absolute discretion when handling strictly confidential employee bonus structures, organizational charts, and corporate restructuring frameworks.
