Job Description:
Robotics Systems Engineer | Integration, Development, V&V & Reliability
Robotics Systems Engineer within a multidisciplinary systems engineering team, responsible for research and development of advanced robotic and electromechanical systems. The role includes system integration, development, verification & validation (V&V), and reliability testing, ensuring high performance, safety, and compliance with international standards and certification requirements.
The position involves leading end-to-end integration of complex systems, including field testing and validation at customer sites. The ideal candidate is a strong problem solver, team player, and effective communicator in English, with experience working with international teams and stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc.) in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Robotics, or a related field
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in systems engineering, integration, and testing
- Strong experience in systems integration, development, verification & validation (V&V), and reliability testing
- Solid understanding of multidisciplinary robotic systems, including control, sensors, and system architecture
- Proven experience in troubleshooting, system-level debugging, and root-cause analysis
- Experience with system safety, certification processes, and compliance with international standards
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, system diagrams, and technical documentation
- Experience in field testing, system validation, and working at customer sites
- Good communication and documentation skills in English
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional and international teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree from a leading / top-tier university (advantage)
- Experience with unmanned systems (UAVs/UGVs) or defense-related robotic platforms
- Experience in full product lifecycle (R&D through deployment and fielding)
- Knowledge of system safety engineering, hazard analysis, and certification processes
