What You Will Do:
Provide IT systems administration support in a heterogeneous Microsoft Windows environment.
Manage and maintain core services including DNS, DHCP, Active Directory (AD), and server replication.
Troubleshoot and resolve moderate to complex issues involving integration of hardware, operating systems, and software applications.
Implement and manage data RAID, backup, and recovery technologies.
Collaborate with Cybersecurity professionals to maintain compliance with security requirements.
Install, configure, and document software applications requested by end users.
Provide user and system documentation, process training, and ongoing technical support.
Participate in on-call or after-hours system maintenance as required to support 24x7 operations.
Must be able to obtain Department of Defense Directive (DoDD) 8140 / 8570 Certification requirements within 6 months of start date.
Travel up to 5% domestically based on business needs.

Qualifications You Must Have :
Typically requires a University degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience.
Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Experience using Active Directory, VMware vCenter, vSphere, or other virtual computing methods.
Experience with Windows deployment, administration, security hardening, and troubleshooting.
Experience with infrastructure backup, restore, disaster recovery and business continuity products.
Qualifications We Prefer:
An active DoD Secret or Top Secret clearance
Experience with infrastructure backup, restore, disaster recovery and business continuity products
Scripting Experience.
Experience using tools like SCAP and following STIGs.
Experience supporting engineers in software, simulations, and hardware development.

The salary range for this role is 78,200 USD - 148,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
