Job Description:
What You'll Do

• This role will support the Chief of Staff to the Head of International Markets.
• This position provides a wide range of strategic planning support to one or more teams or departments including communications planning and execution, facilitating goal setting and prioritization discussions, working with key internal stakeholders to ensure work is executed in a strategic manner, and assisting with identifying and deploying continuous improvements.

How You'll Do It

• Focuses on continually assess and implementing opportunities related to team and department effectiveness
• Partners with Finance to ensure accurate and timely forecasting, reporting and analysis of budgets, financial performance and headcount
• Responsible for content of departmental results and strategic presentations
• Manages department communications and events

Qualifications You'll Need
The Basics

• Bachelors Finance, Accounting, Business Administration and Management or a related field.
• Project management, business, event planning or related
• In Lieu of Education Experience Project management, business, event planning or related

• Masters Finance, Accounting, Business Administration and Management
• Project management, business, event planning or related
• Experience in the financial services industry
• Work experience in a global environment
